At Clickback Society, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery estimates.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination:
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days
International Orders:
- Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days (varies by location)
- Express Shipping: 5-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
3. International Shipping & Customs
- We ship worldwide, and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- Clickback Society is not responsible for customs delays. If your order is held at customs, please contact your local customs office for further assistance.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
- If you do not receive tracking information, check your spam folder or contact us at info@clickbacksociety.com.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Allow 24-48 hours as some carriers may update tracking before actual delivery.
- Contact us at info@clickbacksociety.com if you still cannot locate your package.
- Clickback Society is not responsible for stolen packages. If theft is a concern, we recommend using a secure delivery address or requesting signature confirmation at checkout.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
- Some products may have shipping restrictions based on country regulations.
7. Address Changes & Order Modifications
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled if it has already been shipped.
- If you need to update your shipping address, contact info@clickbacksociety.com immediately.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
