Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect order.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at info@clickbacksociety.com if you need an exchange.
