Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at info@clickbacksociety.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect order.
